Do I need to be in shape before I start TKO FIT?

No. Our trainers will customize your workout to fit your fitness level from beginner to serious athlete. We want to help all clients get in the best shape of their life and make every member a success story!

Do I need any kickboxing experience?

No. In fact, we change our routine daily for maximum results so no matter your experience, it will always be new and challenging. Our trainers will stay with you every step of the way to ensure you are executing the techniques properly.

Do I need a uniform?

No uniforms required, just show up in comfortable work out clothes and shoes, we’ll take care of the rest.

What equipment do I need?

The first time you come, we will supply a pair of boxing gloves. Once you join TKO FIT, you will get your own TKO FIT Boxing Gloves and Hand Wraps for safety and support.

What are the hand wraps for?

The hand wraps are designed to support the wrist when striking and they will pad the knuckles and fill the space inside the glove, giving you a comfortable snug fit. Our TKO FIT trainers will teach you how to wrap your hands in no time.

What kind of a workout will I be getting?

TKO FIT training is a high energy combination of aerobic and anaerobic strength training using various weights, bags, and suspension workouts to cross train your body and prevent muscle memory for optimal results!

Am I too old for this workout?

We already have members from 12 to 70 years old. Of course, we tailor the workout to your specific needs, taking into account any past or current injuries or health concerns. At TKO we want to keep you sweating, safe and smiling.
